    New, Never Opened. I bought two of  these, One for my son to open and play with and one to keep,  till now!  It was one of the best Hess trucks. . Very well made.  (meaning heavy). I never took it out of the box. I remember batteries were usually included however I didn't want to open package to see.  Great to add to your collection! Operating Rotors and more!!
