Hess Recreation Van with Dune Buggy & Motorcycle! NIP Hess Make 1998

This is new in box, 1998 Hess Recreation Van with Dune Buggy and Motorcycle!
It is new, belonged to my brother-in-law, who collected all the Hess vehicles.  He is liquidating his collection.  Although new, I did take it out of the box & put batteries in the Van to ensure it lite up. (Removed batteries from Van, so it requires two "C", which are not included).  I did not check the batteries in the Dune Buggy or Motorcycle, so cannot guarantee the batteries will work.
I did notice a few slight marks on the Van, a mark on the passenger window, and some black on the bottom chrome strip on the one side, just below the door of where the motorcycle compartment is.  It is maybe about 1/2" wide. These are obviously manufacturing flaws (I tried to capture in pictures), as this was never used.
Box does have some slight yellowing on it.  Tried to capture in pictures.  This does come from a smoking household.
